Who i am

About Me (she/her)

I am an instructional designer with years of experience developing learning for all different learners. I've worked on a wide range of projects, from creating eLearning for manufacturers to teachers as well as mixed-use developments. My goal is to create personalized effective learning to help grow business and allow learning to be simple and clear.

Volunteered my time to create an eLearning course with a team of Instructional Designers. Accomplished Needs Analysis, Storyboard and end products for course. I attended Goucher College as an Education Major. I developed instruction, studied theories, and immersed myself in the classroom every semester. I minored in Art, learning theory as well as course in Digital Design, Photography, Sculpture & many other mediums. My art was placed around the college as well as in multiple art shows on campus.

I became a Full Time Mother in 2011 and continued my journey into parenthood with two more children in 2013 and 2016. I gained valuable skills such as time management, prioritizing actionable items and patience in tough situations.

This course reviews chainsaw safety. Included is an overview, a detailed pie graph, tabs, photo with pop up info, flip cards, drag & drop activity, quiz & a closing.

Job Aid

This coincides with the Chainsaw eLearning course. The most important points are conveyed to the user for them to use as a quick reference guide on the job.

This microlearning course is on communication in the workforce. Included are links to helpful sites, quizzes and GIF's. It is brief and quick in order to keep the learners attention.

Job Aids

These job aids were all created in Canva. I choose a topic I wanted to learn more about, researched it and developed a job aid for that learning.


The first one is for Design Principles. I included text, icons and a specific color scheme.


The second one is an info dump of ID facts including salary, years of experience, location and more.


The last one is for SMARTer Goals.I manipulated each icon to be cohesive in the color scheme I choose.
